By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service Description

Executive Efficiency Mentoring provides coaching, training, and digital tools to enhance executive productivity. All services are delivered by qualified mentors. We reserve the right to modify program content without prior notice.

Payment & Cancellation

Fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made 14+ days before start receive full refund; 7-13 days, 50% refund; less than 7 days, no refund. We may cancel with full refund if minimum participant threshold not met.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided (workbooks, frameworks, digital assets) are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided ‘as is.’ We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
